Our first objective is to increase student engagement with Campus Health services by 15% by December 15, 2024, through targeted social media campaigns and posting an ad in the IU Indy newsletter.
Our second objective is to achieve a 15% increase in immunization rates among students by May 31, 2025, by implementing an educational campaign about vaccine benefits and offering convenient on-campus vaccination clinics.
Our third objective is to improve patient satisfaction scores by 15% in the annual student health survey by December 15, 2024, by implementing feedback mechanisms and hiring a consultant within IU Indy to determine our weaknesses

Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met
Objective 1: We measure our success by seeing an increase in the amount of students or faculty that visit.
Strategy 1: Our objectives will be achieved by posting on our social media pages
Tactic 1: Post on IU Indy Facebook and Instagram account to promote our services
Tactic 2: take an ad out in the IU Indy newsletter
Objective 2: See an increase in vaccinations used at Campus Health
Strategy 2: Post an educational video on social media and offer pop-up clinics
Tactic 1: post an educational video on all social media platforms and talking about school policy on vaccinations
Tactic 2: offer pop-up clinics in high traffic areas
Objective 3: See an increase in patients and see positive feedback from surveys
Strategy 3: send survey to past patients to receive feedback on experience
